Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in cases of:
Damaged Packaging – If the product is tampered with upon delivery.
Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive a different product than ordered.
Quality Issues – If the product does not meet freshness standards.
Product Not Delivered – If your order is not delivered due to service failure on our end
How to Report an Issue
Please check your order at the time of delivery.
If you notice any issue, report it immediately to our delivery partner or customer support.
Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping policy :
The product will be shipped within 2-3days and will be delivered within 5-6 days
Non-Refundable Cases
Customer Errors – Incorrect address, unavailability at delivery, or change of mind.
Late Claims – Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Opened or Modified Products – Items that have been partially used, cooked, or altered after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before confirmation of the order for a full refund.
